Our Systematic Approach Works Every Time
Conducting pool leak detection and actually finding a leak can be like finding a needle in a haystack. Is it a problem with the pipes (and if so, which ones?), the equipment, or the pool’s shell? Is there just one leak or—more likely—are there multiple problems? Because there are so many things that can go wrong, Leak Detection USA uses a systematic approach to check out every possibility. This ensures that if you hire us to make the recommended repairs, your leak problem will be history.
In addition to visual inspections, we make use of the latest San Diego leak detection technology, including sonar, electronic cable and pipe locators, micro-inspection cameras, and ultrasonic field testing. Our standard service includes a thorough inspection and analysis of your pool, spa, fountain, or pond’s...
- Plumbing System — We’ll check every pipe that goes to and from the pool, using specialized pressurizing equipment to detect any problems.
- Equipment — We’ll conduct a thorough inspection of all your pool equipment.
- Pool Shell — Your pool can be losing water through the lights, bottom drain, cracks in the pool or at the tile line, improperly sealed pipe openings or skimmer throats, and more. We’ll check it all.
We’ll Fix the Problem—Not Compound It
Leak Detection USA specializes in finding leaks and isolating their location to within 1 or 2 square feet. So you can be assured that in our pool repair in Orange County we won’t tear out your entire deck to get to the broken section of your pipe!
We’re Known for Our Accuracy
While other leak detection services will tear up half your property searching for a defective pipe, our systematic and high-tech approach enables us to isolate the location of your problem to within 1 or 2 square feet—potentially saving you thousands of dollars in repair costs.
How Can You Tell If You Have a Leak?
While the initial signs of a leak in a pool, spa, fountain, or pond can be subtle, the potential damage that a leak can cause is quite extreme. Call us if you notice any of the following possible signs of a water or gas line leak: Excessive water loss, problems with the deck or pump, cracks in the pool or at the tile line, air bubbles coming from the return line to the pool, a need to add far more chlorine or salt than usual, a pool heater that won’t light, or a noticeable gas smell anywhere in the yard.
